房間挺大的，環境也不錯，晚上也不吵，酒店前台沒有中文服務，但是他們會説幾個中文，溝通上沒什麼障礙，旁邊有便利店跟餐廳，還有霸王茶姬，馬路斜對面還有大型商場，那邊也有中國的飲品跟海底撈，感覺位置還是不錯的

本來對這個酒店沒報太大期望，但是確實超出預期。酒店很新，非常乾淨，床很大，服務態度很非常好。酒店周邊有非常多的吃的，還有怡豐茶室，霸王茶姬，桔子便利店。位置也很好，去加雅街，碼頭打車基本上都在10幾分鐘左右，好評！

너무 쾌적하고 또 직원들은 너무너무 친절하시고 여행와서 너무너무 좋은 일들만 경험합니다아~ 위치적으로도 너무 좋고요 호텔이 좋은 건물에 위치해 있는데 근처에 이마고 쇼핑몰도 있고 맛집에 카페에 다 너무 가깝고 한국인 사장님이 하시는 마사지 샵도 근처에 있어 너무 너무 좋았습니다 다음에 또 오고 싶어요~

This is my second stay with The Luma Hotel during this 訂房網站. This time the check-in was seamless and we were upgraded to room 200, the biggest room they had. The room is massive, two big beds, separate shower and toilet, shutters between bathtub can be closed. For travellers who don’t like the usual pokey hotel room, this one is for you! The bathtub is God-sent especially after hiking Mount Kinabalu. Overall service was smooth, very happy with this stay.

The check-in experience is great. The Luma Hotel team are all very friendly. Parking is available right at the entrance of the hotel for a fee of RM30 per day. They provided cold towel and welcome drink to help me freshen up after my long drive from Kundasang. The room is clean and spacious. You can view the bathtub from the bed if you open up the panels. This is great for those with kids and want to monitor them from the comfort of your bed. There is no swimming pool but this is understandable for the size of the hotel. Breakfast is decent with good spread. Not much crowd at 6am. There are 24hrs convenience stores within the same building for those who need to buy your supplies. The hotel is located near the Airport and Imago Shopping Mall. Other places of tourist attractions are also nearby if your are driving or book e-hailing services like Grab. Last but not least, I would like to thank the team for the personalised birthday card and the complimentary cake. It is truly memorable.

位置超便利，到機場、海鮮市場和海邊均僅需10分鐘車程；環境佳，衞浴空間寬敞且帶浴缸，床品舒適，還能自己用咖啡機做咖啡。隔音效果比較差，能聽到飛機飛過的聲音。早餐選擇較少，不過麵包和粥品還是夠的。

The hotel, service and location are very good. A lot of eateries and convenience store at the same building. Nearby jetty and shopping mall. Hotel offers valet parking in front of the hotel for self drive guest, RM30 per day, multiple entries. Breakfast is simple. This room type is facing the Main Street so it is quite noisy at night time, sound proof is not that good.

Very close to the airport and is located within walking distance from the shopping mall Imago. Room is clean and spacious, and front desk staff is polite and nice. Several food outlets and convenience store are available right next to the hotel. City center is a bit far if on foot. Grab is recommended.

到了之後前台幫我們升級了房間，第二天因為趕飛機其實沒多少時間在酒店，但是想著酒店離機場很近，而且周圍購物和吃飯都很方便，房間很乾凈，很寬敞，前台需要查看旅遊稅是否繳納，大家最好把入住確認單打印出來或者給前台電子版的對方也好查詢，

房間乾淨，有新意，大堂的雖然不大，但設計理念有東南亞元素。工作人員服務態度很好，熱情，我那天是早班機到，按照訂房規則是下午3點才辦理入住，跟前台溝通後，在2點30時候給了房間，頓時覺得很貼心。因為一個晚上沒睡那種感覺大家都知道。酒店周邊有很多吃的，還有一個大的商場——百盛，所以不用擔心找吃困難。我個人是喜歡看飛機的，至於評論區有説吵的，我是能接受。下次來亞庇還會選擇Luma
